My children and I regret the loss of such a fine person as Fran. Eddie Ann boasts, "Fran taught me to ride a horse!" She was a popular individual and an outstanding Justice of the Peace. Fran was carefree individual and a kind friend. Mary Ann Miller and Family

Fran was a very kind, generous, and compassionate person, as well as being an excellent friend throughout the years. She will be greatly missed by all of us who were privileged to have known her. The world is a lesser place because she is no longer with us.
