Obituary
Ada Leola Cruickshank passed away 4 months short of her 100th birthday on Thursday afternoon, January 15, 2009 at the South Lyon Medical Center, LTC in Yerington. She was 99 years 8 Months 4 Days of age.
Ada was born in Paso Robles, California on May 11, 1909 the daughter of Herbert and Gertrude Orton. She had married Clarence Cruickshank in 1929 and he passed away in 1974. She was a loving Wife and Mother and had been an active member of the Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara and her husband Robert Berry of Yerington, Nevada; her 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington, Nevada. Her creamins will be inurned in California next to her husband.
