Obituary
Ada Alice (Remmel) Salz passed away on Tuesday morning, March 20, 2007 at South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. She was 83.
Ada was born in Geyserville, California on November 5, 1923 the daughter of Harland B. and Genevie (Wilson) Remmel. She married Joseph Salz in Healdsburg, California on August 24, 1947. She worked for 29 years as a Registered Nurse. Ada and her husband Joe have been residents of Yerington for the past 30 years. Ada loved playing bridge with her friends at the Yerington Senior Center. She was a member of the Mason Valley Women's Golf Club. She was also a private pilot, and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
She is survived by her husband Joe of Yerington, Nevada; sons, Joseph (Peggy) Jr. of Enumclaw, Washington, and John of Sonoma, California; a granddaughter, Jody Salz of Davis, California; and her sister, Inez Cake of Ukiah, California. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother.
A Clebration of Life service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, March 23, 2007 at the Arrowleaf Country Club 111 Hwy 208 Yerington
