Obituary
Alfred Freitas passed away on Saturday evening, February 21, 2009 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. He was 94.
Alfred was born in Hawaii on March 14, 1914 the son of August and Augusta Freitas. He worked many years as a Machinist. He moved to Yerington around 8 years ago coming from Union City, California.
He is survived by his children, Jane Lopes and Paul Freitas; his 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren; his brother, George and his sister, Vera Clifton both of California. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and two children, Alfred and Elaine.
A Memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday, March 14th, 2009 at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Mason
