Arlene Bailey passed away on Monday morning, January 3, 2011 at the Long Term Care of South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington, Nevada. She was 83.

Arlene was born in Eugene, Oregon on March 2, 1927 the daughter of Arnold F. and Hazle O. (Tripp) Mills.

Arlene loved to read, cook, crochet, knit, garden, watch birds and play games. She was also very active with the Senior Center.

Arlene is survived by her children, Edward and his wife Patte of Yerington, Nevada, James McIntire of Oroville, California and Dolly and her husband Bill Lake of Spring Garden, California; by her five grandchildren, Jill and her husband Jeff Page, J.W. and his wife Linh McIntire, Michelle Kowalski, Kristy Selzer and Andrew McIntire and her 11 great grandchildren; also by her sisters, Ida Wulf, Faye Yankee and Janetta Lowry. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Elmo Teed and a son, Alan McIntire.

Arlene's Memorial service will be held 11:30 am, Friday, January 7th at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington. A reception will follow the service at her granddaughter's home, Jill Page 508 East Bridge Street Yerington.
