Obituary
Arthur Freeman Kraus passed on Friday morning, July 25, 2014 while doing what he loved to do, ranching. He was 82.
He was born in Sacramento, California on June 6, 1932 the son of John Henry and Leonour Kraus.
He lived in Mason Valley for the past 48 years.
He is survived by his wife, June Kraus of Yerington NV; daughter Glenn and Kathy Hermanson of Carlsbad NM; son Dean and Crystal Oliver of Winnemucca NV; son Remedios and Flaciana Acutna; daughter Karen and Ronda; and son Robert Kraus; sister Zella, Adia and Lavina; and many nieces and nephews and grand children. Preceded in death his son Steven Oliver; his sister Garnet, Bessy and Mary, and his brothers Johnny, Stanley and Garland.
There will be a memorial service at 6:00 pm, Wednesday July 30th, at the family home, 70 Robin Road Yerington NV. A Pot Luck dinner will follow the service.
