Barbara Jean Conway passed away at her home in Yerington, Nevada on Thursday morning, May 24, 2012. She was 78.

Barbara was born in Schurz, Nevada on July 9, 1933 the daughter of James and Ada (Benjamin) Cline. She married Harvey Conway in Reno, Nevada on September 6, 1951.

She enjoyed crocheting, working on daily word puzzles and playing solitaire. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Harvey; her daughters, Elizabeth Bitsilly of Antelope, CA, Charlene M. Conway-Clark of Yerington; her grandchildren, Jon Chasing Hawk Potter of San Diego, CA, Ben Night Hawk Potter of Vista, CA, Sherry White Rose Conway of Stagecoach, NV, Dale White Cloud Conway and Alyson Hummingbird Bitsilly both of Reno, NV; great grandchild, Natalie Morning Rain Ostermiller; her brothers, Fred Phoenix of Las Vegas, NV and Lamar Cline of Sacramento, CA; her sisters, Audrey Phoenix of Roseville, CA and Marilyn Phoenix of Reno, NV. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Ada B. Phoenix and Step-Dad, Buster Phoenix, and Father James Cline, her son, Harvey Conway, her sister, Jeannette Phoenix and brother, Vancel Phoenix.

In keeping with her wishes her cremated remains will be buried with a private family service at the Valley View Cemetery in Yerington.
