Obituary

Betty Jean Bryan entered into eternal life on November 24, 2013 at her residence in Yerington, Nevada. Betty was 90.

Betty was a native Nevadan born in Yerington on September 25, 1923 the daughter of Edward and Annetta (Dexheimer) Leveille. She was raised in Smith Valley and graduated from Smith Valley High School and then from Saint Francis Nursing School in San Francisco, California.

Betty married Lee Roy Bryan in Yuma, Arizona on September 6, 1942.

Betty is survived by her sisters, Pauline Quilici and Edna Tracy; her brother, Bill Leveille; her daughters, Judy (Tom) Booth and Linda House; her grandchildren Joe (Kellie) Wilson, Jennifer (Enrique) Cervantes, Kristie (Michael) Smith, Mark (Jason) Booth, Heather (Chris) Matthews and Lee (Christina) House; Eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lee, a daughter, Betty Ellen Wilson and sisters, Phyllis Matheus and Gladys DiFederico.

A viewing will be held at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home on Friday, November 29th, 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Betty's funeral service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, November 30th at the Yerington Community Methodist Church, 221 N. Main Street. A fellowship will follow the service at the church. Graveside serive will be held at 1:45 pm Saturday at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Smith.

Donations in Betty's name may be made to the South Lyon Medical Center Hospital Auxilliary, Lyon County Museum, Yerington Volunteer Fire Department, or a charity of your choice.
