Obituary
Bill E. Hunt passed away on Monday afternoon, May 24, 2010 at the South Lyon Medical Center, LTC in Yerington, Nevada. He was 82.
Bill was born in Bluejacket, Oklahoma on February 23, 1928 the son of Lawrence and Goldie Mae (Meighers) Hunt. Bill was a World War II veteran having served in the US Navy. He worked in heavy construction and mining and for over 20 years worked as a State Mine Inspector, he retired in 1990.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Edward L. Hunt of Yerington and Bill A. Hunt of Baker, Oregon; his 2 grandchildren and a great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clova Jean who passed away July 3, 2002 and his parents.
A celebration of his life service will be held Friday, July 2nd, 2010 at the Weed Heights Gazbo, 4:00 pm to Dusk.
Arrangements and cremation is under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington (775) 463-2911.
