Obituary
Brian Del Curto passed away on October 16, 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. He was 77.
Brian was born in Yerington, Nevada on October 23, 1935 the son of Domenico and Lena Del Curto.
Brian had attended Yerington schools through the 8th grade and held close memories of his classmates, the community and the surrounding areas. After attending Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento, Brian went on to serve in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves, and also attended college.
Brian enjoyed prospecting, photography and reading. Discovering and studying old ghost towns was something Brian received great enjoyment from. One of his favorite places to visit when he returned to Yerington was the Pine Grove and Rockland area. He was a well traveled and entertaining conversationalist, a cherished friend and loved sharing stories of his life's adventures with excitement and passion.
Brian's graveside service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the Valley View Cemetery.
