Obituary
Buford William Morgan, II passed away at his home in Yerington, Nevada on Tuesday morning, April 1, 2008. He was 61.
Buford was born in Unionville, Missouri on July 21, 1946 the son of Buford and Regina (Bradshaw) Morgan. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy for over 25 years. He married Joetta Lyn Stubbs on March 13, 1966 in Culberston, Nebraska. He has lived in the Yerington area for over 25 years and had worked at the power plant for Sierra Pacific. He was a member of the NRA and the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of Yerington; his son, William of Yerington; his brother in law, Cray Stubbs, his sister, Sharon Morrow; his Mother-in-Law, Jesslyn Stubbs. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Michael.
A visitation will be held at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington at 1:00 pm, Friday, April 4th, 2008 and a procession to the Valley View Cemetery will leave from the funeral home for the 2:00 pm Gravside service. The Verterans Memorial Association will provide the graveside service and military honors.
