Carolyn Kay Clinton passed away at the Carson Tahoe Hospital in Carson City, Nevada on Thursday morning, September 15, 2011. She was 73.

Carolyn was born in Fort Morgan, Colorado on August 4, 1938 the daughter of Henry and Cleo (Graham) Foos. She was raised in Fort Morgan and Sterling, Colorado. Carolyn married Victor Rhamy and from this union they had five children. She remarried, Leonard Clinton and they had one child. In early 1960 she moved to Douglas, Wyoming and in the late 1980's she moved to Yerington, Nevada. Carolyn had worked in the restaurant industry prior to moving to Yerington. In Yerington she became a tax preparer/accountant for H&R Block.

She is survived by her children, Gale and his wife Kelly Rhamy of Deadwood, South Dakota, Brace and his wife Linda Rhamy of Douglas, Wyoming, Wayne and his wife Angela Rhamy of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Vickie and her husband Jesse Comer of Rogers, Arkansas and Leonard Clinto, Jr. of Rogers, Arkansas; also by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Mother and Grandmother, Gladys Owens, a son Rex Rhamy and her two husbands, Victor Rhamy and Leonard Clinton, Sr..

A celebration of her life will be held October 1, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Cabin Fever, 36 Hwy 339 Yerington.

A Memorial service will be held in Douglas, Wyoming at a later date determined by the family.
