Obituary

Charles Ray Cramer passed away at Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, Nevada on Sunday, May 4, 2014.  He was 77.

Charles was born in Trade, Tennessee on April 18, 1937 the son of Harvey and Pearl (Bumgardner) Cramer.  He was raised and worked cattle ranches in Montana.  Charles was a veteran having served in the United States Army.  He moved to Yerington, Nevada where he met his wife, Evelyn P. Henderson.  He worked many years as a career truck driver and gained the moniker, "CC Ryder", which friends and family alike would refer to him as.  He retired and devoted his time to his family.

Charles dreamed of having a large family and was blesssed with five kids.  From those five kids he was gifted with seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren  He is also survived by his wife Evelyn of 45 years.

Charles Memorial service with veterans honors will be held 2:00 pm Friday, May 16, 2014 at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
