Darrell Lee Browning passed away on Thursday morning, November 16, 2017 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington.  He was 78.

Darrell was born in Hot Lake, Oregon on January 23, 1939.  He was a veteran having served in the United States Navy.  He married Imogene Elizabeth Boyer in Carson City on January 17, 1976

Darrell was a resident of Yerington since 1986.  He enjoyed bowling and gambling at Pioneer Crossing and Dini's.

Darrell is survived by his wife, Imogene; his children, Darrell and his wife Teressa Browning, Ronald and his wife Patty Browning, Richard and his wife Caylee Browning, James and his wife Karen Browning, Danny and his wife Barbara Baisley, Robert and his wife Maria Baisley, Chris Wallace, Tony Wallace, Shawnie and her husband David Smith and Susan Saavedra; his brothers, Orville Browning and Dallas and his wife Sue Boyer; his sister, Cora and her husband Harold Weekley; his 26 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

His graveside service with military honors is scheduled for 11:00 am Tuesday, November 28th at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
