Dean Edward Banks died on December 5, 2011 from injuries received in a quad accident in Schurz, Nevada. He was 27.
Dean was born in Reno, Nevada on May 23, 1984 the son of Douglas Banks and Alecia Oceguera.
Dean was a life resident of Schurz, he worked as a mechanic.
Dean is survived by his children, twins, Daniel and Bethlica Super and Linzy Banks; his twin brother, Brian and brother, Kevin and his sisters, Tonya Banks and Ronda Bishop; his Mother, Alecia Oceguera and his Grandmother, Margaret Steffenoni and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father, an Uncle Wayne Oceguera, Grandfather, Ramon Oceguera, Sr. and his Grandparents, Nancy and Norman Banks, a nephew Brian Banks, Jr. and cousin, Billy Montooth.
Dean's funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, December 10th at the Schurz Tribal Gym with burial at the Schurz Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the service at the tribal gym.
