Deana Lee Soukup passed away at the Carson Tahoe Regional Hospital in Carson City, Nevada on Sunday, August 9, 2020.  She was 54

Deana was born in Yerington on December 16,1965.  She had attend schools in Yerington and graduated from Yerington High School.  She married Kirk Soukup August 31, 1985.  Deana worked for many years for the Reno Gazette Journal and had also worked at Cal Neva in the personal department.  For the last 19 years she and her husband has lived in Stagecoach.

She is survived by her husband, Kirk; her son, Shane and one granddaughter; and her Father, Eddie Jones.
