Dorothy Barbara Enochson passed away peacefully at the home of her loving son, Roy and wife, Barbara's home in Yerington early Saturday morning, January 12, 2008. She was 87.

Dorothy was born in Reno, Nevada on August 15, 1920 the daughter of Clarence and Albino Ohl. She was a life long resident of Nevada. She had married Wayne G. Enochson in Carson City, Nevada on December 14, 1941, shortly before he was shipped off to fight in World War II. After the war they settled in Reno where she was a homemaker and they raised four boys. She was very involved with her boy's sports and school activities. Dorothy loved the outdoors and also her housekeeping chores. After her husband passed away she moved to Winnemucca. While in Winnemucca she became a volunteer for Poke N Peek.

She is survived by her sons, Roy and wife Barbara of Yerington, Dale and wife Maryanna of Winnemucca, David and wife Melinda of Winnemucca; 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brothers, Robert Ohl and Roy Ohl and a son, William.

According to Dorothy's wishes a private memorial service will be held at her son Dale's home.
