Obituary
Edwin Neal Park passed away at the Veterans Hospital in Reno on Tuesday, May 18, 2009. He was 85.
Edwin was born in Rockville, Missouri on February 20, 1924. He had served in the US Army during World War II. He married Gladys Ridgell in Louisiana on June 1, 1944. He had lived in Wellington for the past 24 years coming from Anaheim, California. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Gladys, his sons, Stephen and Mark; his daughter, Lydia Gordon; and his grandchildren, Alisha, Adrian, Justin Gordon, Christopher, Phillip, Angela, Michael Park, Stephanie Park-McKnight and Stephen Hill-Park; and 12 great grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington.
