Obituary
Eleanora Rebecca Sanders passed away at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington on Thursday, December 8, 2016. She was 90.
Eleanora was born in Kansas City, Missouri on December 18, 1925 the daughter of Joseph and Lillian DeVault.
After graduating high school she married Frank Sanders and they moved to Los Angeles. They later moved to Carson City, Nevada and in 1990 they retired and moved to Yerington. She had been a member of the Order of Eastern Star for over 59 years. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxillary as well as the Yerington Women's Club.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Pat DeVault of Sparks and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frank; her sister, Lillian and brother, Joseph.
Her funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, December 19th at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington. Interment will be 1:30 pm at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Fernley.
