Eugo Arnold Sciarani passed away on Monday afternoon, December 28, 2009 at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington, surrounded by his loving family. He was 97.

Eugo was born in Yerington, Nevada on April 1, 1912 the son of Arnold and Domenichina Sciarani. He was the oldest of eight children and a second generation rancher.

He is survived by his children, Carol (Rich), Kay (Joe), Bonnie (Mike), Jim (Donna) and Paul (Linda); his sisters, Lela Terry and Elvetia Mirczak; brothers, Arnold and John; his grandchildren Jonas, Angela, Jennifer, Amy, Rebecca, Luke, Sarah, Stephanie, Angela and Daniel; two great grandchildren, Madison and Amelia and numerous nieces and nephews. Eugo was preceded in death by his wife, Angie (Dolly), both parents and two brothers, Nelson and Lee and sister, Katherine.

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 at the Holy Family Catholic Church 37 N. West Street Yerington. Visitation will be held at the church Sunday evening beginning at 6:30 pm The Funeral Mass will be held Monday, January 4th, 2010 11:00 am at the Holy Family Catholic Church with burial in the family plot at Valley View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonas Munger, Rich Munger, Steve Mussi, Luke Rippee, Mike Rippee and Joe Sceirine. Honorary Pallbearers are Jennifer Minard, Angela Munger, Rebecca Papez, Sarah Polito, Angela Sciarani, Daniel Sciarani, Stephanie Sciarani, And Amy Townsend.
