Eunice Jane Lang passed away at her daughters home in Spanish Springs, Nevada with her family by her side on Wednesday morning, August 1, 2012. She was 90.

Eunice was born in Wadina, Minnesota the youngest of 14 children of Frank and Mary (Thompson) Simon.

She married Richard Steve Lang in Staples, Minnesota on November 7, 1938.

She had lived the past 11 years in Sparks coming from Yerington where she had lived over 50 years.
Eunice enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and reading. Eunice also worked for over 30 years as an L.P.N..

She is survived by her daughter, Mary (Lester) Darby of Sparks; a son, Richard (Barbara) Lang of Reno; her grandchildren, Richard L Darby, Donald Darby, Joseph Lang and Mary J. Pagano; her great grandchildren, Richard C. Darby, Heather Darby, Mallary L. Darby, Courtney Darby, Jaime A. Lang, Zachary Lang, Sydney Darby and Anthony Pagano; her great great grandson, Jaxson Glenn Gurr. She was preceded in death by her parents and her 13 brothers and sisters, and her husband.

Eunice's Rosary service will be held 11:30 am Saturday, August 4th at the Holy Family Catholic Church, 37 N. West Street, Yerington followed at 12:00 Noon the Funeral Mass at the Church. Burial will be at the Valley View Cemetery.
