Frances Mildred Givens passed away at her home in Yerington, Nevada on Monday afternoon, March 5, 2012. She was 99.
Frances was born in Pennsylvania on January 27, 1913 the daughter of Harvey and Anne (Dudley) Sipe. She married Warren F. Givens in Washington D.C. on May 28, 1937. They lived in several places and spent many years in Carmichael, California and Modesto, California. They had lived the past 2 1/2 years in Yerington.
Frances had been a High School Math teacher.
Frances is survived by her husband of 74 years, Warren; her children, Lainey and her husband Andy Andersen, Carol Givens and Steve Givens; her grandchildren, Harmony Andersen, Noelle Andersen, Jessie Adkisson, Andrea Andersen, Megan Andersen and Derek Andersen; and one adorable Great Granddaughter, Haley Rubertello who we all love and adore.
In keeping with her wishes no memorial service will be held.
