Francisco Aledo passed away on August 25, 2015 at the South Lyon Medical Center Long Term Care in Yerington, Nevada. He was 89.

He was born in Cilveti, Spain the son of Petra (Urdaniz) and Jose Aledo. He immigrated to the United States in 1954 and lived in Smith Valley and upon retirement in Yerington.

He is survived by his daughter, Rosemarie (Dominique) Idiart; his sons, Jose (Kim) Aledo, Pedro Aledo, Jesus (Peggy) Aledo; his grandchildren, Marie-Louise Idiart, Jesse (Taylor) Aledo, Courtney (Brandon) Dini, Ryan (Melissa) Aledo; his great grandchildren, Peyton Dini, Baylee Dini, Allison Aledo and Amelia Aledo; also by his cousin, Bartolo (Guillermina) Urrutia of San Francisco, as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins in Spain. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Victoria and a sister.

His Memorial Mass will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, September 19 at the Holy Family Catholic Church, 37 N. West St Yerington. Private inurnment will take place at Valley view Cemetery.
