Frank "Jo Jo" Dennis Summerfield passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at his home in Schurz with his family by his side.  He was 71.

Frank was born in Bishop, California on February 20, 1947.  He was a veteran having served in the US Army.

He is survived by his children, Travis, Shane and LaCosta; by his grandchildren, Vanessa Carter, Tyler Summerfield, Olivia Plummer, Kayla Summerfield, Rocky Summerfield, Hunter Leyva, Memphis Summerfield, Katalena Summerfield, Dallas summerfield and Jason Summerfield; by his great grandchild, Chance Estavillo.

His memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Tribal Gym in Schurz.  Burial of his cremains will be in the Schurz Cemetery.  A viewing will be held 6 - 8:00 pm Thursday, April 5, 2018  at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, Yerington.
