Frankie Dane passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, February 18, 2017 at her home in Yerington. She was 41.

Frankie was born in Yerington on November 29, 1975 the daughter of Frank and Sue Dane. In 1977 the family moved to Goldendale, Washington, where Frankie started school. She was very active on the swim team. In 1986 the family moved back to Yerington to be closer to their large extended family. Frankie finished her schooling in Yerington graduating in 1994.

After graduation she became a CNA at the South Lyon Medical Center. Frankie loved working at the hospital and especially liked working with the elderly.

On April 8, 1995 she married Gerard Cordova and on August 27, 1997 after a high risk pregnancy, she gave birth to the loves of her life, Morgan and Megan. After the twins were born she went to nail technician school so that she could have more flexible schedule to raise her girls.

Frankie loved to follow her daughters and support them in whatever they were doing. She especially loved watching them play softball. Frankie also loved to travel to Mazatlan, Mexico which she called her "happy place". She also loved spending time off-roading in the mountains and riding UTVs.

She is survived by her daughters, Morgan and Megan Cordova; her Mother, Sue and her siblings, Tim and Alve; also by numerous aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank.

Frankie's memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Copper Hills Bible Church, 1 Falcon Way Yerington. A reception will follow the service at the church.
