Obituary
Frederick 'Jean' Charavay passed away at his home in Yerington on July 16, 2009 after a 10 month battle with cancer with his wife at his side. He was 91.
Jean was born in Highland Park, New Jersey on December 24, 1917 the son of Frederick and Anna Charavay. He worked as a design engineer for many years. Jean and his wife have lived in Yerington for 30 years.
His service was held 10:00 am Tuesday at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington. Burial will be in the family plot at Valley View Cemetery.
