Obituary
Frederick Alton Townsend passed away at South Lyon Medical Center on Sunday, February 7, 2016. He was 70.
Fred was born in Oregon on December 3, 1945 the son of Earl and Geraldine Townsend.
He married Donna Wesson in Virginia City, Nevada in 2003. Fred had worked for many years as a truck driver. He lived in Yerington since 2000 and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; his children, Amber and Aaron; his step-children, Jill and Judy and his son-in-law, Raul; his two brothers, Verl and Terry; and 3 grandchildren.
His memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Copper Hills Bible Church with Pastor Gregg Davies officiating.
