Pastor George M. Ryan passed away unexpectly January 13, 2007 in Henderson, Nevada. He was 61.

He was born in Van Nuys, California on October 20, 1945. George spent the first part of his life wearing many different hats. He proudly served in the military during the Vietnam War, he was an officer of the California Highway Patrol, worked at a San Joaquin Hospital and was a Pastor for several churches during his ministry. What he enjoyed most in life was being a faithful servant to God. He had a quiet, humble way about him and was a man of few words, but his kindness and selfessness spoke volumes to all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Holly Ryan of Alamogordo, New Mexico; his son Michael Ryan of Henderson, NV, his daughters, Kathy Gillett of Madera, CA, Holly Brown of Bakersfield, CA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Chase, Jamie, Joshua, Colby, Julia, Carter and Gavin; by his brother, John of Ventura, CA and his Mother, Mary Ryan of Ventura, CA.

Funeral service will be held at Eteranl Valley Memorial Park in Newhall, California on Saturday, January 20th, 2007.
