Obituary
Glenn D. Hurt passed away Monday morning, February 26, 2007 at the South Lyon Medical Center, Yerington. He was 82.
Gleen was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 19, 1924 the son of Harry and Catherine(Featherstone) Hurt. He had served in the US Navy during World War II. He lived in Yerington for the past 45 years coming from Gerlach, Nevada. He worked for the state of Nevada as a trapper.
He is survived by his wife, Christine Hurt of Yerington; his daughter Glenda Homan of Yerington; his son, Greg Hurt of Yerington; his six grandchildren, Lori Marriott, Dustin Homan, Shea Hurt, Joshua Hurt, Kristy Hurt and Nikki Warner; 5 great grandchildren; his sister, Laura Sorenson and brother Ray Hurt; also by serveral nieces and nephews.
