IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gordon Paul
Hart
March 26, 1961 – April 3, 2021
Gordon (Bo) Paul Hart died at home on Saturday evening, April 3, 2021. He was 60 years old.
Gordon was born in Providence Rhode Island on March 26, 1961, the son of Gordon and Lorraine Hart.
His family moved to Lake Worth, Florida, and he graduated from Lake Worth High School in 1979. After High School, Gordon joined the United States Marines, and after his tour of duty, he remained as a Marine reserve.
Gordon earned a Master of Science in Physical Education at Florida State University in 1987.
His love for children led him into the classroom. He became a teacher for students with disabilities. For many years, Gordon worked helping
students with hearing and vision special needs. Sports and history were his passion. He was an avid Red
Sox and Patriots fan and was particularly adept at sports wagering. He once told his sister that he was
going to quit teaching and become a professional "sports better". However, the opportunity to
capitalize on his love of history presented itself when he accepted a position of World History teacher at
Yerington High School. "Mr. Hart", as his students knew him, and his wife Anagel came from Alaska and
settled in Yerington in August of last year.
Gordon is predeceased by his father Gordon Francis Hart and is survived by his loving wife Anagel,
sisters Michele (Hart) Kincaid and Rhonda (Hart) Smith, his Brother David Hart, and his mother Lorraine
Wyman.
