Obituary
Gregory Lockwood passed away on Wednesday afternoon, December 16, 2009, at the St Mary's Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. He was 61.
He was born in Schurz, Nevada of January 1, 1948 the son of Neil and Emily (Greeley) Lockwood. He was an Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. During his service in Vietnam he was awarded the Bronze Star for herosim in connection with a military operation against hostile forces.
He is survived by his Daughters, Collette Lockwood, Veronica Lockwood, Delphina Stark, Rhonda Myers, Cory Myers, and Margo Bencoma; his sisters, Beverly Lockwood and Tora Greeley.
Gregory service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009 at the Schurz Tribal Gym with the burial to be at the Schurz Cemetery with military honors provided by the War Veterans Memorial Association of Western Nevada.
