Guy Jim, Jr. passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the St. Mary's Hospital in Reno, Nevada. He was 58.

Guy was born in Schurz, Nevada on January 2, 1954 the son of Guy and Marie (Conway) Jim.

He is survived by his sons, Troy Jim of Schurz, Guy Jim, Jr. of Dayton, Dave Jim of Reno, Eric, Sydney, Daniel and Devin Jim all of Sacramento, California; his grandchildren, Victor Joe, Tyler, Tysha, Dasha, Dayvin, Dave Jim, Jr., Maylee, Tashina, Lorena, Leah, Shawn, Andrea, Eileen, Krystal and Kenny; Brothers, Art Jim of Yerington, and Willie Brown of Fallon; his sisters, LeAnna Blue Horse, Annie Bencoma, Jackie Sanchez of Yerington and Sheila Brown of Parowan, Utah; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was proceded in death by his Mother, Marie Conway Brown, sisters, Eileen Marie Jim and Dody Dee Nelson.

A viewing will be held from 6 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 25th at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, October 27th, at the Valley View Cemetery.
