Hazel Marie Mulderick, 81, passed away in her home on February 22nd, 2024 after a battle with cancer. She was a beloved resident of Yerington, Nevada, where she was a friend to most, a well-known beautician, and a member of many organizations, namely the Red Hat Society.

Hazel was born to Edward and Marjorie Henderson on January 2nd, 1943, in Waynesville, Missouri. She was adventurous and bold throughout her youth, excelling at many endeavors. As an adult, Hazel was a classy woman who was never seen without being put-together for the day, with her hair and make-up done. To Hazel, no outfit was complete without jewelry and a pair of high heels. She was a strong, beautiful, educated woman with a desire for life that manifested into a robust social life, and an impressive collection of hobbies and skills.

Hazel was a loving companion, friend, and caregiver to Charles 'Chuck' Cassano, a devoted mother to Debbie and Barbara De'Fond, and is survived by her six grandchildren; Nina Pagan, Lynette De'Fond, Twyla De'Fond, Troy and Roxanne (wife) De'Fond, Lindsay and Sandy (husband) Baumback, Bridget and Jeremy (husband) Hanks, and many great grandchildren.

Services for Hazel will be held at 124 North Main Street, in Yerington, on Saturday, March 23rd. The memorial service will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a celebration of life potluck. Food donations are welcome. Everyone who wishes to attend is welcome
