Jimmy Ray Mottin passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital in Reno.  He was 83.

Jimmy was born December 20, 1937 in Highland, Illinois the son of Walter and Lucille (Massa) Mottin and he grew up in Collinsville, Illinois along side his brother, Sunny.  there he enjoyed many good years growing his love for airplanes, cars and racing.

Jim's career left him with 12 years of transportation experience and 18 years of service.  He leaves behind a collection of 32 antique cars and two vintage World War II aircraft.

He is survived by his wife, Nelda; and his two daughters.

The family held a Celebration of Life service at his home in August.
