Obituary
John S. Inserra passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at the Renown Medical Center in Reno surrounded by his family and loved ones. John was 57.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 29, 1956 the son of Michael and Agnes Inserra.
John served in the Army National Guard for over 18 years as a Diesel Mechanic Technical Inspector. He worked for Hodges Transportation, Inc., where he was a heavy Equipment operator/Test Vehicle Technician for ten years. John drove long haul truck for many years and enjoyed the time on the open road. John also enjoyed going camping, working on vehicles and singing karaoke with friends and family.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Toni, along with three kids, stepson, Mark, son, Josh and daughter Becky and his grandson, Colton.
John's memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington, NV 89447.
