John Keith Lienhart passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at his home in Yerington, Nevada. He was 79. John was born in Blyth, California on October 24, 1934 the son of John and Mary (Humphries) Lienhart. He was a veteran having served in the United States Air Force. John had married Julia Ann Gould in South lake Tahoe, California on July 30, 1989. He enjoyed motorcycles, radio control cars, NASCAR racing and reading. He had played Tuba in the Carson Community Band. He was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Julia Lienhart; his sons, Glen Lienhart and Brian Lienhart; his daughter, Jeannie Locke; his brother, Wayne and Sister, Joy; his six grandchildren and one great grandson. A Graveside Memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday, March 28, 2014 at the Valley View Cemetery in Yerington. Military honors will be provided by the War Veterans Memorial Association.
