Obituary
John Norman Wilcock passed away at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington, Nevada on April 6, 2009. He was 91.
John was born in Altrus, California on January 15, 1918.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran. John had been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and of the Lions Club. In had lived the past 14 years in Yerington coming from California. He was an honest, caring Father who lived life to the fullest.
John is survived by his son, John C. Wilcock of Livermore, California; his 6 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Edna who passed away in 2002.
There will be no memorial service, John's wishes were to be cremated and have his cremains placed with his wife's at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada.
