Obituary
Lee Andrew Lawson, Jr. passed away on Friday morning, March 24, 2017 at the Mason Valley Residence in Yerington. He was 86.
Lee was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 19, 1930 the son of Lee and Ollie Lawson. He was a veteran having served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his daughter, Janice Laird and his son, Keith Lawson; his 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife of 40 years, Dorothy Beatrice and his daughter, Lynn Lawson Smith.
Lee's service will be held 11:00 am Friday, March 31st at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington. Military honors will be provided by VFW Post #8084. Burial will be in the Veterans section of Valley View Cemetery.
