Obituary
Lenore Mae Billows passed away on Sunday evening, May 1, 2016 at the Renown Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. She was 91.
Lenore was born in Fallon, Nevada on August 9, 1924 the daughter of Wilfred and Pauline (Ludwick) Bauman. She grew up in the Yerington area. Lenore married Fred Billows on December 1, 1944, they had three children, Carolyn, Lee and John.
Lenore was a bookkeeper most of her life. She moved to Oregon in 1998 where she helped with her son and daughter-in-law's business. She moved back to Yerington in 2012 along with her son and daughter in law. She was very active in her Church and at the Senior Citizen Center.
She is survived by her son, John and his wife, Susan; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Lenore funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 600 North Oregon Street Yerington. Burial will be at the Valley view Cemetery. A fellowship gathering will follow the service at the Church.
