Obituary
Lorraine Mary Cowee passed away at her home early Monday morning, November 28, 2011 with her daughter at her side. She was 92.
Lorraine was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 5, 1919 the daughter of Charles and Marie (Goeser) Peters. She married Charles G. Cowee in 1942 in Wisconsin.
Lorraine had lived in Yerington the past 49 years. She was involved in several clubs and loved to bake.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Janie) Cowee of Mesa, Arizona, John (Michele) Cowee of Carson City, Nv and Barbara Cowee of Yerington; her 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, and a son William.
Lorraine's graveside service was held on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Valley View Cemetery in Yerington.
