Obituary
Louis was born in Los Angeles, California on July 19, 1924 the son of Joseph and Jeane Giraud.
His funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, march 24, 2018 at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Chapel. Deacon Wayne will be officiating.
