Obituary
Louise E. Bullentini passed away at Renown Medical Center in Reno early Monday morning, July 13, 2009. She was 97.
Louise was born in Bozzano, Italy on November 4, 1911 the daughter of Guiseppe and Paolina (Tardelli) Bianchini. She came to the USA at the age of one.
She and her husband, Frank, were the first custom and bailing contractors in Lyon county and were one of the first growers in raising onions, garlic and potatoes for commerical markets. Louise was an active member for 75 years of Holy Family Catholic Church and a founding member of the St. Gemma Alter Society. She was a long time sponsor of Beta Sigma Phi, a member of the South Lyon Auxiliary, the Italian Catholic Federation and St. Anne's Guild. For several years she was a mentor in the 4-H Club teaching baking and cooking to high school boys.
Her most cherished moments were spent with family and friends and her door was always open to all who came to visit. Louise was a fabulous cook and enjoyed entertaining.
She is survived by her loving son, Frank and his wife Joyce Bullentini, her loving daughter, Helen and her husband Harold Worley; grandchildren, Herb (Kathy) Worley, Al (Kelly) Worley, Brian Worley, Scott (Dana) Bullentini; great grandchildren, Shayleen Worley, David Worley, Ryan Worley, Sandra Shirer and great great grandchild, Conner Shirer. Throughout her life, she gave her full attention to the entire family and will be forever remembered for her kindness, love and devotion.
A Rosary is planned for 7:00 pm on Friday, July 31, 2009 at the Holy Family Catholic Church and the Memorial Funeral Mass is planned 11:30 am Saturday, August 1, 2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Inurnment will be in the family plot at Valley View Cemetery.
