Obituary
Mariann Patricia Gable passed at her home at Mason Valley Residence in Yerington on Monday, December 1, 2014. She was 93.
She was born in Graham, Texas, March 17, 1921 the daughter of George and Lillian (Atkisson) Spencer. She married O. D. Gable in Kermit, Texas on August 28, 1937.
Patsy, as she was known, has lived in Yerington for over 66 years. She was the Ranch Manager and enjoyed embroidery and quilting. She was a member of the Ladies Democratic club and a volunteer at the Lyon County Museum.
Patsy is survived by her son, Don Gable; by her grandchildren, Don Gable, Jr., Chavone Gable, Marisa Mayfield, Beth Ann Matthews and Tony Gable,; her great grandchildren, Danelle Laney, Lea Laney, Dalton Laney, Brontee Gable, Tyler Mayfield and Steven Gable. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Clark and daughter, Delores Deeds and a great grandson, Geoffrey Gable.
Her funeral service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, December 6th at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington with burial in the family plot at Valley View Cemetery.
