Obituary
Marie Myrna Glick passed away at her daughter's home in Yerington, Nevada on Wednesday, February 27, 2013. She was 99.
Marie was born January 9, 1914 in Oklahoma the daughter of John and Agnes (Hiebert) Fast. She moved to Washington state as a teenager. In Washington she met and married Jake Wittenburg. She had run a Service station in Bellingham and later had owned and operated a Beauty and Barber College where she was also an instructor. Marie enjoyed traveling. In retirement she then moved to Yerington, Nevada in July 2005.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Knecht; her grandchildren, Bonnie Dahl and Bruce Portrey; her Great Grandchildren, Samantha Cross, Allen Portrey, Kashaa Portrey, Bryon and Bruce Woods; and also by her Great great grandhildren, Brooklyn and Keaton.
Marie's funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Copper Hills Bible Church 3 Falcon Way Yerington, with Pastor Gregg Davies officiating. Burial will be in Green Acres Memorial Park, Ferndale, Washington.
