Obituary
Mark Allen Thorpe passed away on Monday evening, December 15, 2014 at South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington from injuries received in an auto accident. He was 58.
Mark was born in San Jose, California on December 7, 1956 the son of John and Glenna Thorpe. He had married Tena M. Pettigrew in Reno, Nevada on March 6, 1993.
Mark lived in Yerington for the past 5 years coming from Morgan Hill, California. He worked as a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley.
He is survived by his wife, Tena of Yerington; his sons, Bobby Thorpe of Montana, Kristopher Clark of Oregon and Gerald DeMontmollin III of California; his sister, JoAnne (John) Sarkisian of Yerington; his Mother, Glenna Perry of Fernley; his grandchildren, Brendan Thorpe, Maysin Thorpe, Natalia Clark and Harley-Quinn Clark; Nieces, Jennifer (Ryan) Branco, Kathleen (Shawn) Clanton and Kristen (Bryan) Colman. He was preceded in death by his Father, John Thorpe.
A Memorial Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
