Marta Torres passed away at her home in Yerington on Saturday, September 8, 2007. She was 44.

Marta was born in Mexico the daughter of Delfino and Maria (Hernandez) Ceniseros on September 3, 1963. She married Pedro Torres on June 10, 1981. She had lived in Yerington for the past 25 years.

She is survived by her husband, Pedro Torres of Yerington; her daughters, Maribel Martinez of Carson City, Nevada, Dalia Ruddell and Cyli Torres both of Yerington, Nevada; her grandchildren; Cesar Martinez of Carson City, Dylan Ruddell of Yerington, Cristina Martinez of Carson City, Natalie Ruddell of Yerington; her son in laws, Julio Martinez of Carson City and Shawn Ruddell of Yerington.

Private family viewing and service has been held. Cremation is under the direction of Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington, Nevada 89447 (775) 463-2911.
