Marylou Ward passed away at her daughter's home in Yerington, Nevada on Friday evening, April 1, 2011. Marylou was 80.

Marylou was born in Arkansas City, Kansas on March 26, 1931. She had married Delbert E. Ward in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 11, 1961.

Marlou had lived in Yerington for the past 25 years moving from Truckee, California. She had worked as a waitress and was also the Manager of the Yerington Mobile Village in Yerington for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy and her husband Steve Galantuomini; her three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Delbert E. Ward who passed away December 4, 2008.

Marylou's graveside service will be held 11:00 am Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley where she will be buried next to her husband.
