Merlin Howell passed away in Carson City, Nevada on December 27, 2011. He was 81.
Merlin was born July 30, 1930 in Shoshone, California. He was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a long time resident of Yerington, Nevada. Merlin worked as a Heavy Equipment Opertor.
Merlin is survived by his children, Faron Howell, Leroy Howell, Darrell Howell and Jocelyn Aguilar; numreous Grandchildren; his brother, Joe Rogers and sisters, Helen Tom and Lucille Henry.
Merlin's Memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, January 21,2012 at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home 25 Hwy 208 Yerington, Nevada. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion.
