Michael Leslie Jones passed away at his home in Yerington on Saturday morning, January 2, 2021.  He was 79.

Mike was born in Bloomington, Illinois on August 1, 1941 the son of Onza and Loreen (Lancaster) Jones. He had served in the United States Marine Corps.  He married Martha Mulvaney in Bloomington, Illinois on October 4, 1961.  Martha passed away on January 23, 2006.  On January 22, 2010 he married Clemencia Capalad in Yerington.

Mike worked as a Postal Mailman in Yerington for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Clem; his sons, Robert and Luke and a sister, Mary; also by his 7 grandchildren.
