Patricia 'Trish' L. Stauffer passed away at her home in Yerington on Saturday morning, November 19, 2011, after a long battle with breast cancer. She was 65.

Trish was born April 18, 1946 in Cedar City, Utah the daughter of Arron and Sarah (Matheson) Leigh. Her family moved to Yerington in 1952 where she attended schools and graduated from Yerington High School in 1964. Trish married her high school sweetheart, Keith "Nub" Stauffer on June 14, 1965 and they moved to Reno where they raised their two daughters. After retiring, Trish and Keith "Nub" returned to Yerington where they have resided fo the past ten years. Trish most enjoyed being a Wife, a Mom and a Grandmother and being with her family and friends. She loved to sew and create things. She had worked as a Beautician in the Reno/Sparks area for many years.

Trish is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Keith 'Nub' Stauffer; her two daughters, Jeannie (Daron) Wildermuth and Cori (Jon) Stauffer; her grandchildren, Casey and Aron Wildermuth; her brother, Leland "Tobe" Leigh and numerous nieces and nephews; and her two loyal companions, Keisha and Maverick. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Trisia's Memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, November 26, 2011 at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, 25 Hwy 208 Yerington.
